Problem
On iPad, the command Open with DRACOON app will not open the file in DRACOON for iOS although the DRACOON app for iOS is installed on the iPad. Instead the following error message appears: "DRACOON for Windows/Mac is currently not installed."
The problem does not occur on iPhone.
Solution
This problem occurs if the desktop view is enabled in Safari for the website of your DRACOON. To solve the problem, set the mobile view for the website of your DRACOON as follows:
- Go to Settings, and then select Safari.
- Under Settings for Websites, select Request Desktop Website. A list of websites that should be displayed in the desktop version is displayed. Select the entry of your DRACOON to turn off the desktop setting for it.
- In the future, the command Open with DRACOON app should work as expected.
