About this release

Version 6.4 of DRACOON for Outlook for DRACOON cloud users contains some improvements.

Improvements

• Users can now set their decryption password in DRACOON for Outlook: To access encrypted data rooms, users need a personal decryption password. If a user does not have one yet, the DRACOON Web App had to be opened and one had to be set there until now. Starting with DRACOON for Outlook 6.4, the personal decryption password can now also be set directly in Outlook—DRACOON for Outlook displays a corresponding dialog box if necessary.
• Modification date of attachments/files is preserved when uploading to DRACOON: When converting file attachments to shares and when uploading files to DRACOON, the original modification date of each file is now preserved in DRACOON.
  In previous versions of DRACOON for Outlook, the time of the upload was used for the modification date.
• Menu when attaching files now shows list of last uploaded instead of last modified files: As a result, the last 8 files that were changed in content (and thus newly uploaded) are now always listed—files that were just renamed recently, for example, no longer appear in the list.
