You must first log in to your DRACOON environment with DRACOON for Teams before you can, for example, share elements from DRACOON in Microsoft Teams.

Log in to your DRACOON environment with DRACOON for Teams

1. In Microsoft Teams, click the DRACOON icon in the toolbar below a channel conversation or chat message, and then click Settings.
2. Enter the Internet address of your DRACOON environment and click Continue.
3. In the "You'll need to sign in to use this app" message, click Sign in.
4. Enter your username and password for DRACOON and click Login.

   The login dialog may look different in your DRACOON environment.

5. If you use encrypted data rooms, you must enter your personal decryption password to access encrypted data rooms.
6. After successful login to your DRACOON environment, you can use DRACOON for Teams to create shares for DRACOON items, link DRACOON items, and create file requests for data rooms and folders from DRACOON and insert them into channel conversations or chat messages in Teams.
