About this release
Version 5.4 of the DRACOON Web App was deployed on the DRACOON cloud on April 1, 2020 and replaces the previous version 5.3.
New feature
Event notifications via email
With version 5.4 of the web app, DRACOON introduces a powerful notification system. This allows users to be notified by email when relevant events occur—for example, when they receive new permissions for data rooms or when another user replies to a comment of a specific file.

Under User Account, users can choose which notifications they generally want.
They can also choose specific data rooms in which they want to be notified about newly uploaded files. In the same way, they can select specific files where they want to be notified about new comments from other users.
Minor improvements and optimizations
This update of the DRACOON Web App offers some minor improvements and optimizations. For example, uploads of large files via public file requests can now be canceled by the uploading user if necessary. Clicking the company logo in the top left corner now always leads back to the start page (list of top-level data rooms).
Bug fixes
This update of the DRACOON Web App contains bug fixes that resolve problems in the DRACOON Web App.
