About this release
Version 6.9 of the DRACOON Web App offers significant new features. It was deployed on the DRACOON cloud on November 3, 2021 and replaces the previous version 6.8.
New features
New View images, videos, and PDF files from encrypted data rooms
In previous versions, images, videos, and PDF files could not be viewed in the DRACOON Web App if they were located in encrypted data rooms—in this case, the file in question had to be downloaded to the end device using the Web App first, after which it could be opened for viewing using another app.
In version 6.9 of the DRACOON Web App, this restriction has been removed, so that images (including medical DICOM image files), PDF files, and videos up to a file size of 50 MB can always be displayed directly in the details view of the web app—even from within encrypted data rooms.

Minor improvements
This update of the DRACOON Web App offers some additional minor user interface improvements.
Bug fixes
Version 6.9 of the DRACOON Web App contains several bug fixes that resolve issues in the DRACOON Web App. For example, files from the recycle bin could not be restored to a specific room or folder using the "Restore to" command (the regular "Restore" command worked correctly).
