About this release

Version 4.7.2 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac includes support for an upcoming new password policy (see below) as well as internal optimizations.

No restart of the PC is required after installing this update.

The update to this version is recommended for all users of DRACOON for Windows/Mac.

New feature

On the DRACOON cloud, the configuration manager will soon be able to specify a global new policy: It will determine whether shares must be password-protected if the file has a certain classification level (such as "confidential" or higher). The new version 4.7.2 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac will automatically support this policy when it will become available on the DRACOON cloud.
