About this release

Version 5.3.1 of DRACOON for Windows/Mac is an update that includes performance improvements and bug fixes:

Performance improvements:

• Update the runtime environment to .NET 10 (Windows)
• Support for Windows on ARM64 (Windows)
• Display the bookmarks window in a popover pinned to an item in the status bar (macOS)
• The connection profiles index is now immediately visible under “Settings” → “Profiles”

Bug fixes:

• Error message “Cloud file operation failed” when attempting to connect with a custom “Path” setting in a bookmark (Windows)
• Bug fix: Error when synchronizing folders with common file extensions in “Integrated” connection mode (macOS)
• Bug fix: Immediate synchronization of directory contents when pressing F5 in “Integrated” connection mode (Windows)
• Focus on the input field in the warning message displayed in a status bar item’s popover (macOS)
• Bug fix: Occasional permission error when establishing a connection in “Integrated” connection mode (macOS)
• Bug fix: Derive storage space from the server quota, if available, in “Smart Sync” connection mode
• Bug fix: Renaming the parent folder during an upload causes uploads of child folders to be marked as completed prematurely in “Integrated” connection mode (macOS)
• Bug fix: It is not possible to specify a custom cache location in the settings (Windows)

After installing the update, you will need to restart the system.

We recommend that all DRACOON users on Windows/Mac update to this version.
