Limitations when using encrypted data rooms in DRACOON for Zapier

If you use encrypted data rooms with triggers or actions in DRACOON for Zapier, there are some limitations. These result from the fact that files in encrypted data rooms are encrypted on the client side and therefore cannot be decrypted with DRACOON for Zapier, which is a middleware component. The following table gives you an overview of the limitations.

Create DL-Share action	‍With limitations	Shares can only be created for files in encrypted data rooms. Shares for rooms and folders in encrypted data rooms are not possible.
Create Folder action	‍Yes	No limitations
Find File action	‍With limitations	Only metadata (such as the file name) can be used as the result of the trigger. The file itself (its contents) cannot be used in subsequent steps because it is encrypted.
