In the “mandant” database, a corresponding entry for the client ID to be administrated must be available in the “authorized_services” table.
Column description:
- id: consecutive number, autoincrement
- mandant_id: the ID under which the client to be managed is maintained, which is usually “1”
- token: a random value that constitutes the password required for administration in the future; it should be as complex and long as possible
- service_name: Free text field for a description, for example, of the URL of the client that you want to administrate

You can configure the following settings here:
- DRACOON URL: enter the URL of the DRACOON solution that you want to administrate
- Service Token: enter the password specified under “2.1 Entry in the “authorized_services” table”
- Save connection settings: Set the checkmark if you want to permanently save the connection details

You can configure any number of connections.
