Problem
After updating your Mac to macOS Big Sur, DRACOON for Mac does not start anymore.
Explanation and solution
Probably you're using a version of DRACOON for Mac that is not compatible with macOS Big Sur. Only DRACOON for Mac version 4.1.2 or later can be used with macOS Big Sur.
If you are not sure which version of DRACOON for Mac you have installed:
- Open the terminal (you can find it in the Finder under Applications > Utilities).
- Enter the following command:
$ defaults read /Applications/DRACOON.app/Contents/Info.plist CFBundleShortVersionString - The version of DRACOON for Mac that you're using is displayed. If it is older than 4.1.2, please install the latest version.
