Default language settings
Hi
I'm a recent user, I audit and survey Companies remotely and ask them to share data with me using Dracoon
I send a link to Companies here in the UK inviting them to share their data, no problem. Despite, at the log in page selecting the "English" log-in the menu options (on the left handside) have all, recently, defaulted to German and hene the email that is sent inviting Companies to upload files is also in German
Could you help please?

Thank you for reporting this.
I could reproduce the behavior described and have forwarded it to our Development department, which will investigate further.
Meanwhile, to solve your issue, you will need to change your profile setting and set the language to English.
In order to do so, click on the top right and select 'Benutzerkonto verwalten' (Manage profile), then select 'Ansicht' (View) and change the language to English:
